He has 25 years' consulting experience, running engagements in the UK, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Ukraine and South Africa. A Data & Privacy specialist since 2016, he has recently completed 3.5 years advising the Marketing and Technology Functions and the Asia-Pacific region of Haleon, a £10bn/year business operating in 90 countries. Henry's experience covers the GDPR, PIPL and CCPA jurisdictions, amongst others. Specialities include Privacy Governance policy creation, DPIA / IRM process (re)design and implementation.

Mark has a personal leaning towards helping entities that have a social aspect to their work, and the need for agile risk frameworks.
